⏱️ Order Processing & Dispatch

We know you're excited to receive your pure, farm-fresh products! Here is how we process your orders:

• All orders placed before 12:00 PM (Noon) are processed and dispatched on the same business day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on Sundays/Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Every product is securely packed in eco-friendly, leak-proof packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

🚚 Delivery Timelines

We partner with top-tier logistics providers (Delhivery, BlueDart, Shiprocket) to ensure speedy delivery across India.

• Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune): 2–3 Business Days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–5 Business Days
• Remote/North-East Regions: 5–7 Business Days

💳 Shipping Charges

We try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible for our customers while maintaining secure packaging standards.

• Free Shipping: On all orders valued at ₹499 and above.
• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of ₹49 is applied to orders below ₹499.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available across most pin codes. A nominal handling fee of ₹30 may apply for COD orders.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email. You can also track your order directly on our website by entering your Order ID and phone number.

🌍 International Shipping

Currently, Grainfarm only delivers within India. We are working hard to expand our logistics network and will introduce international shipping soon. Follow our social media for updates!
