Because we deal in premium food and wellness products, quality and safety are our top priorities. You can raise a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or leaking product.
- The product delivered does not match your order (wrong item or size).
- You have genuine concerns regarding the quality or freshness of the item.
Note: Since these are consumable goods, we cannot accept returns for products that have been heavily used or tampered with unless there is a clear quality defect.
đą How to Initiate a Return
We've made our return process completely hassle-free. Just follow these steps:
- Step 1: Send us a message on WhatsApp at +91-6290823361 or email customercare@grainfarm.in
- Step 2: Share your Order ID and 1-2 clear pictures/videos of the product highlighting the issue.
- Step 3: Our support team will verify the request within 24 hours.
- Step 4: Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address.
đ¸ Refund Process
If you opt for a refund rather than a replacement, the process will begin as soon as your return request is approved.
- Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Bank Account) within 3 to 5 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Our team will request your bank account details or UPI ID. The refund will be transferred within 3 to 5 business days after we receive the details.
â Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order directly from your account dashboard or by messaging us on WhatsApp before the order is dispatched (usually within 12 hours of placing it). Once the order leaves our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled, but you can always refuse delivery at your doorstep, and we will process a full refund once the package returns to us.
Important Exceptions
